Traverse VPN provides a high-speed, secure VPN service to keep your internet safe and private. You are fully responsible for how you use your account.

We do not track or store what you do online. However, to create your premium account, you might need to give us basic details like your email.

You promise that the information you provide is true. Since we constantly update our servers to give you the fastest VPN speeds, our services might sometimes be paused for maintenance without notice.

Your Privacy Comes First

We have a strict no-logs policy. We do not track the websites you visit or the videos you watch using our VPN for Streaming. We only look at basic server connections to fix technical issues. For full details on how we protect your data, please read our Privacy Policy.

Licenses and App Usage

When you subscribe to our service, we give you a personal, limited right to use Traverse VPN. This means you can use our secure VPN for iPhone or our VPN for Android, but you cannot copy, sell, or hack our app. All the technology behind Traverse VPN belongs to us.

Subscription and Billing

Traverse VPN is a premium service designed for maximum security and speed.

  • Pricing: The prices for our premium subscriptions are listed inside the app and on our website. We can change these prices, but we will always let you know first.
  • Auto-Renewal: When you buy a premium subscription, it will automatically renew so your protection never stops. If you want to cancel, you must turn off auto-renewal in your app store settings at least 24 hours before your current plan ends.
  • VPN for Business: If you are buying a custom plan for your team, special billing rules may apply as discussed with our sales team.

Refund Policy

Because our apps are downloaded directly from mobile app stores, your billing and refunds are handled securely by them:

  • Apple App Store (iOS): If you use our VPN for iPhone, refunds are controlled entirely by Apple. You must request a refund directly through your Apple ID account.
  • Google Play Store (Android): If you use our VPN for Android, you must request a refund directly through the Google Play Store system. If you have a special Enterprise VPN account purchased directly through us, please contact our support team to discuss your billing.

Rules for Acceptable Use

We built this premium tool to protect you, not to help anyone break the law. You agree that you will not:

  • Use our USA VPN servers or any other servers for illegal activities.
  • Send spam, viruses, or harmful files.
  • Try to hack our network or slow down the connection for other users.
  • Use our service to download illegal copyrighted materials. If you break these rules, we can close your account immediately without giving you a refund.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We work hard to provide the best virtual private network service, but we provide it "as is." This means we cannot promise that the app will be 100% perfect or error-free all the time. Your use of Traverse VPN is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

If something goes wrong while using Traverse VPN, we are not legally responsible for any indirect damages, lost data, or lost business profits. The most we would ever owe you is the amount you paid us for the service.

Changes to These Terms

We might update these terms in the future. If we make big changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the app after we change the rules, it means you accept the new rules.
