Apple App Store (VPN for iPhone)
If you purchased your premium subscription using our VPN for iPhone, your payment is managed entirely by Apple. Traverse VPN does not have access to your Apple ID or credit card, which means we cannot process a refund directly from our system.
To get your money back, you must request a refund directly through Apple. You can do this by going to the "Report a Problem" page on the Apple website or through your Apple ID settings on your phone. Apple will decide if you are eligible for a refund based on their own policies.
Google Play Store (VPN for Android)
If you are using our premium VPN for Android, your payments are handled by the Google Play Store. Just like with Apple, we cannot issue a direct refund for mobile purchases. If you want a refund, you need to request it through your Google Play account.
Usually, Google is very fast at processing refunds if you request them within 48 hours of your purchase. Please check the Google Play support page for exact instructions on how to submit your request.
Enterprise VPN and VPN for Business
If you are a corporate client who purchased a custom VPN for Business or an Enterprise VPN plan directly from our sales team, your billing works differently.
Since these are custom B2B contracts billed outside of the mobile app stores, please contact your dedicated account manager or our support team. We handle business refunds case-by-case based on the terms of your specific service agreement.
Canceling Your Auto-Renewal
Please remember that simply deleting the Traverse VPN app from your phone will not cancel your subscription. To stop future charges, you must go into your Apple App Store or Google Play Store settings and turn off "auto-renew" for Traverse VPN.
You must do this at least 24 hours before your current billing period ends to avoid being charged for the next month.
